Organize a PDF's pages as if they were laid out on your desk: every page appears as a thumbnail and moves by dragging, with a mouse, a finger or the keyboard. Rotate the ones that are sideways, remove the ones you don't need, duplicate a cover or drop in a blank page exactly where it's needed, all in your browser, without uploading the file to any server.
Every change can be undone, so you can experiment freely. And if a thumbnail isn't enough to tell what's on a page, open it full screen with zoom without leaving the tool.

Reorder pages by dragging
Drag a thumbnail and drop it in its new place; the others move aside to make room. On mobile, press and hold a page for a moment before moving it, so it isn't mistaken for scrolling. With the keyboard, press space on a page, move it with the arrow keys and press space again to drop it. “Reverse order” flips the whole document at once, handy for scans made back to front.
Delete, rotate and duplicate
Each thumbnail has buttons to rotate or delete it. To work on several at once, click to select them (Shift + click picks a range, Ctrl + A picks all) and use the toolbar: rotate left or right, duplicate or delete. The Delete key removes the selection and Ctrl + Z undoes the last change.
Add blank pages or pages from another PDF
The “+” button that appears between two pages inserts a blank page there, the same size as the page next to it, or every page of another PDF. You can also drop more files at any time: their pages are added at the end and can be mixed with the first file's. A letter on each thumbnail shows which file it comes from.
Frequently asked questions
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. The PDF is read, displayed and reorganized in your browser; it is never sent over the internet.
Can I combine pages from several PDFs?
Yes. Upload several files, or add them later, and mix their pages in any order. If you just want whole files one after another, Merge PDF is quicker.
What if I delete a page by mistake?
Click “Undo” or press Ctrl + Z. The tool keeps a history of your changes while you work.
Does reorganizing lose quality?
No. Pages are copied as-is from the original, without re-compressing text or images; rotating them doesn't re-compress them either.
Does it work with password-protected PDFs?
No. An encrypted PDF stores its content encrypted and the tool can't decrypt it, so it warns you instead of producing an unreadable file. Remove the protection first with whatever program set it.
